It is in November, 1999 when NETendances, a unique survey in Quebec in measure of the regular use of Internet, was thrown. Since, more than 150 000 adults from the province of Quebec were questioned about many themes related to Internet uses: the levels of computerization of the Quebeckers; the on-line transactions; the impact of Internet on the professional life; internet as tool of entertainment, communication, information; the security on Internet; mobile Internet, as well as the use of the collaboratives applications of Web 2.0.
After nine complete years of data collecting, we always note an evolution of the multiple on-line activities realized by the population of Quebec. The results of the survey led in 2008 show once again that the number of regular Net users increased.
